April 13 (Bloomberg) — Afaq Khan, chief executive officer of Standard Chartered Plcs Islamic banking unit in Dubai, talked with Bloomberg’s Haslinda Amin on Feb. 25 about the outlook for business in 2010 and the bank’s expansion strategy.
