JOBS || Unemployment falls as NAB profit rises

Australia’s big four banks have collectively made a half year cash profit of .5billion.

NAB was the last to unveil its results which were boosted by holding back of some of the Reserve Bank interest rate cuts last year.

But the chances of another rate cut have somewhat diminished following a surprise rise in employment.
