do you know what the difference between a Preapproval or a Notice of Loan
Approval
Thank you 🙂
Such a wise tip! Thanks for sharing buddy! 🙂
We aim to talk about topics that can be helpful for people, even if it is
in a general way. Educating yourself when thinking about mortgage financing
is very important. We have several more videos covering all types of
mortgage financing. Thanks for the compliment!
Your credit score would be affected by those past issues. The best thing to
do would be to have it pulled to see where you’re at. Several factors would
affect how much damage those items would have done to your credit score
such as length of time they went unpaid, type of accounts they were, the
dollar amount, and how the companies collected (collection companies,
charge off, etc). There’s no way to know for sure until we can establish
your middle fico score.
Informative tips that we all can learn from or refresh our self with.
Agreed! Thank you for the comment 🙂
Great Video!!!

Thank you for this video. It was very informative!
Very helpful video.
Good Video! A prospective home buyer should get pre-qualified for a
mortgage before they start shopping for homes. There is no other way of
finding out if you are a qualified buyer, and for what priced homes you are
qualified to make offers on.
Prospective home buyers should check with at least 3 different Lenders/
Mortgage Brokers as to what rates and programs they are offering for first
time home buyers before choosing who they will use to finance their home
purchase.
The loan process can be pretty complicated, especially for first timers.
This video explains the loan process. http://bit.ly/QBt40C
Question: Im fixing my credit and I have a derogatory mark but my credit
score is 720 . Does that mean I won’t get approved for a loan?
Very very helpful… We have submitted the paints and are waiting to hear
back from. The underwriters. I now understand the process that we are in
thanks to your video!
Thank you for this helpful video. It’s pretty informative.
My buyer agent is pretty adamant about using his preferred lender. I on the
other hand want to pick my own lender. After all, it’s going to be my name
on the mortgage. Comments?
Very helpful; thank you
I am at the underwriting and appraisal stage the realitor said I can close
early if I wanted to how long does the process from underwriter to approval
take the bank we r using is wells Fargo the woman I spoke with aka
underwriter said 4 weeks when our closing date is and everyone I have
watched says a few days ? It’s driving me crazy happy one minute upset the
next and always different answers from everyone just want to know the truth
so just a time frame from everything being submitted for approval and the
appraisal to the letter stating it’s a proved and I can close early. Thanks
ur video helped alot
This is really a helpful video for first time home buyers. Nice tips!
